Question 1

Is the app free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Mainleey app is free to download and use. You'll never pay to earn or redeem points.

Question 2

How do I earn points?

Accepted Answer

Shop at any partner store and show your in-app QR code at checkout. The cashier scans it — points land in your wallet right away, or once the store confirms its daily report, depending on how that store works.

Question 3

Why are some of my points 'Pending'?

Accepted Answer

Some stores confirm points the instant you're scanned; others confirm them against their end-of-day sales report. Either way, your points move from Pending to Confirmed once the store verifies the purchase, and only Confirmed points can be redeemed.

Question 4

Can I use points from one store at another?

Accepted Answer

Each store sets its own rewards. The app always shows exactly which store a point was earned at and where it can be spent.

Question 5

What if I don't have a smartphone?

Accepted Answer

The app is how you earn and redeem today — a phone with the Mainleey app is needed to show your QR code at checkout.

Question 6

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time, from Account settings in the app. This permanently removes your profile and personal details.

Question 7

Do I need special hardware?

Accepted Answer

No. The Mainleey Business app runs on any Android or iOS phone or tablet — just the camera to scan QR codes.

Question 8

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most stores are set up the same day — create your store profile, set your reward rules, and you're ready to scan.

Question 9

Instant or end-of-day — which should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Either. Instant confirms points the moment a cashier scans a customer. End-of-day holds points as Pending until you upload your daily sales report, which confirms them all at once. You can switch any time.

Question 10

Who sets the earn and redeem rates?

Accepted Answer

You do, per store — or opt into the platform's default rate if you'd rather not manage it yourself.

Question 11

Can I manage multiple branches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Standard and Premium plans support multiple stores with owner, admin and cashier roles per location.

Question 12

Is my customer data safe?

Accepted Answer

Your customer data belongs to your business. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold.
